  • Project Manager (prospective BU Manager)).(Morocco-Casablanca)

    COMECA, a midsize Company, having a turnover of € 150 million, 1250 employees, 20 industrial sites and 9 oversea entities (UK, Spain, Morocco, Algeria, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Corea, UAE, Australia), designs, manufactures and maintain energy management solutions meeting the specific needs of the industry, infrastructures, energy, building and transportation markets.

    We are developing our activity in Morocco, Casablanca and are looking for a Project Manager (prospective BU Manager).

    You will refer to the Switchgear Activity Manager and will be in charge of creating and developing the entity, next to COMECA TRANSPORT’s factory which is specialized in embedded solutions (200 people), and then, you will be responsible for BU’S PnL (12M€ ; 100 people).

    Main Responsibilities:

    • To create and develop a business plan to promote the switchboard and services offer as well as drawer / beams outsourcing
    • To create and manage a production workshop, a development department with dedicated resources in respect for the business plan,
    • To organize the outsourcing with the help of support team in France
    • To propose and set up human and material resources required to realise the business plan (recruitment, training, tooling, work methodology)
    • To set up every necessary actions required to deploy our ambition and achieve EBITA and BFR objectives

     

    You are owner of an electro technical engineer diploma with at least 10 years of experience in managing entities.

    You have high abilities in managing an industrial team (>50 people) but also in project management (factory creation ideally) and have knowledge in administrative and financial aspects of this job.

    You are skilled in managing business with good continuous progress practices knowledge. Ideally you are experienced in the transfer of production in one or several countries of the New World.

    You know the Moroccan economic and social environment and have a professional experience in a western midsize company.

    You are a good manager and are able to mobilise your team.

    You are fluent in French and English, Arabian would be a plus.

    Regular travels to France.

    Business development:

     

    • To Diversify sales to our current customers,

    • To Identify the whole of our installed base and provide a suitable offer of services and expertise

     

    Creating and developing a local organization

    Owner of a BA/BS diploma and specialized on electro technical – ideally engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Algeria (Oil & Gaz, Energy, Industry…) working in business and project management.

    Arabian, French and English are required.

    You have a great sense of business (business development) and a good knowledge of the Algerian market (contacts). You are technical expert on business management of our branch.

     

    You are able to work with an international team and have faculties of adaptation to manage the development of your business.

  • 1 Ingénieur Electrotechnique (H/F) (71)

    Nous recherchons pour la société COMECA EBT basée à Chalon-sur-Saône (71), au sein du service Technique,  un INGENIEUR ELECTROTECHNIQUE (H/F)

    Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Technique, et au sein de l’équipe projet, vous assurez l’expertise électrotechnique sur les tableaux électriques.

    Vos missions :

    • Garantir le bon déroulement du projet électrotechnique dans le respect des engagements,
    • Soutien expert des techniciens d’Affaires ainsi que des projets et apporter votre expertise technique pour la proposition de nouvelles solutions techniques sur les affaires,
    • Rédiger des notes techniques et suivre les essais laboratoire
    • Participer à l’équipe réalisation de nouvelles affaires en collaboration avec les Chargés d’affaires et la production,
    • Assurer les phases de qualification de nouveaux produits électriques, ainsi que la qualification de nos évolutions de tableaux en accord avec les exigences nucléaire et les normes en vigueur
    • Prenez en charge la gestion des obsolescences de matériel électrique sur les installations en place et proposez le matériel de remplacement adéquat,

     

    Titulaire d’une formation technique de type Ingénieur en électrotechnique, vous justifiez d’une expérience terrain similaire en gestion de projets d’au moins 3 ans et  maîtrisez les règles de conception et de construction électrique.

    Vous disposez de très solides compétences dans le domaine de l’électrotechnique, de la mécanique et de la lecture de plans et schémas électriques.

    Sur ce poste à fort challenge, très orienté vers la satisfaction client, vous êtes force de proposition et êtes à même de prendre et soutenir des orientations techniques soumises à validation par notre client.

    Rigoureux, organisé, votre leadership et aisance à travailler en mode matriciel collaboratif, votre autonomie dans la gestion des points de contrôle, votre rapidité et capacité d’adaptation et d’anticipation et de gestion des situations imprévues dans le déroulement du projet seront des atouts déterminants pour ce poste.

  • 2 Chargés d'affaires Export (H/F) (71)

    Nous recherchons pour la société COMECA EBT basée à Chalon-sur-Saône (71), au sein du Service gestion de  projets et Etudes dédié aux études techniques et commerciales pour la faisabilité et le développement de nouveaux tableaux électriques,  un CHARGE D’AFFAIRES  Export (H/F)

    Vous avez le goût des challenges à la fois techniques, commerciaux et financiers, et vous appréciez pouvoir gérer de bout en bout le déroulement de projets techniques où votre leadership, votre expertise prime autant que votre sens de la négociation et de la satisfaction client ?     Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de l’activité Gestion de Projets et Etudes France et Export, vous aurez en charge :

    • Le pilotage des études techniques, des développements nécessaires ainsi que la mise en service et la documentation, avec un focus sur les aspects Qualité / Coûts /Délais.
    • La coordination des projets et de leur bon déroulement : à ce titre, vous collaborez avec l’ensemble des services de l’entreprise tout en étant le contact privilégié du client dans la phase contractuelle d’un projet
       
    • La maitrise du contenu du contrat et de l’affaire (aspect contractuel, commercial et technique)
       
    • L’analyse de l’affaire et des budgets (planning, production, technique, achats) et êtes garant des éléments de cash-flow au travers de la facturation et du recouvrement.
       
    • Le suivi et l’information du Client de l’état d’avancement de l’affaire et des éventuelles difficultés (planning) directement ou avec le support des forces commerciales
       
    • La vérification des plans, schémas et documentations avant transmission au client, dans le but d’obtenir l’approbation et la satisfaction du client
       
    • Le suivi de l’affaire jusqu’à la fin de la période de garantie contractuelle (gestion des évolutions et des réclamations client, interface avec le SAV)

    De formation ingénieur en électrotechnique, vous avez une première expérience de 2 ans dans une fonction similaire de préférence dans notre secteur d’activité ou justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un poste équivalent nécessitant autonomie et une habileté à travailler en mode projet.

    Sur ce poste, vos compétences techniques, votre capacité à négocier, votre tempérament commercial orienté vers la satisfaction client, votre leadership allié à une bonne gestion logistique et financière, et votre rigueur dans la planification, l’exécution et le contrôle jusqu’au terme du déroulement des affaires feront de vous un élément clé du développement de l’activité.

    You will be based in CHATENOY LE ROYAL (FR71) and refer to our Family Purchasing Agent.

    You will:

    • Take part on the choice of suppliers to be contacted
    • Compare offers and present them to the Family Purchasing Agents
    • Take part on the qualification of the new suppliers
    • Help Family Purchasing Agents on their negotiations
    • Join annual or monitoring meetings with suppliers

    Profile:

    Owner of a BA, BS, ideally Master’s Degree (Business School or College)

    We are looking for a Senior Project Purchasing Agent

     

    Based in CHALON SUR SAONE (FR71), St Quentin Fallavier (38) or Gauchy (02), you will refer to the Global Sourcing and Supply Chain Director and are in charge of managing the purchasing of electrical assembly projects (LV/MV) as well as strategic family such as cables, connectors for the Group.

     

    You will work with the Business Unit Purchasing Manager and the Business Manager as a partner.

     

    Main responsibilities:

     

    • Operational scale

       

      • You will negotiate with providers and follow-up their performance
      • You will work with project teams to drive BU on their new development according to providers specification (schedules)
      • You will be responsible for projects purchase budget and work on the project margin improvement

         

    • Strategic scale

       

      • You will be in charge of defining and deploying the Group strategy of your family product from the choice of suppliers to the negotiation of master agreements
      • You are in charge of deploying this strategy on all our Group BU
      • You will monitor the development of your family product on European and global markets

    You are responsible for the purchasing policy respect and for the achievement of our ambitious purchasing aims.

     

    Profile:

     

    Owner of a Master’s Degree in Engineering in business specialised in the supply and purchase function with at least 10 years of experience on purchasing in electrical business.

     

    Your adaptability will enable you to work with our operational teams. You are a good negotiator and can face the pressure.

     

    English is required; another language speaking (German, Spanish, Italian…) would be a plus.

     

    You will travel in France and overseas (subsidiaries and suppliers).

  • ASSEMBLERS

    COMECA, a midsize Company (having a turnover of € 150 million, 1200 employees, 20 industrial sites and 7 oversea entities) offers a wide range of electrical equipment and associated services to companies.

    Our site, LEBAS SYSTEMS, based in France (67) is looking for 2 assemblers.

    You will refer to the Production Manager or to the Team Leader and will be in charge of the assembly and wiring electrical switchboards.

    You are skilled in assembling and connecting components (electrical devises) and in cabling from diagrams.

    You are owner of a BTEC National Diploma Advanced specialised in electro-technical or electro-mechanics.

    You are organised, self-efficient and rigorous with an experience in a wiring workshop.

    Permanent and full-time job. (39 hours a week)
