Increasing productivity through process automation in the food industry

Ensuring the speed of a line where different additives enter according to the recipes represents a major challenge in the food industry. To limit machine downtime, our customer wanted to automate and manage its dosing and mixing unit for powdery recipes dedicated to the flour milling and baking industry.

In order to support the efficiency of this automation, our client wanted a “real time” communication solution with its production management ERP in an ascending / descending traceability model and in a “expected results vs. obtained results” logic.
