To optimize the traction Power Block and relieve auxiliary static converters already overloaded by new comfort functions on our customers’ modern trains, COMECA has designed its own static converters powered by the train’s direct DC voltage which converts in AC voltage(s) necessary for our HVAC, Heating and CCB systems. Our static converters remains fully compliant with Railway standards like Fire & Smoke , EMC, Shocks and Vibrations,… and can be adapted and customized according to the specific needs of projects.
